Devlin Chapman signs with Vol State CC
JACKSON, Tenn. — Liberty Tech’s Devlin Chapman inked his National Letter of Intent to play basketball at Vol State Community College for the next two years.
While at Liberty he helped lead the Crusaders to the district championship game the past two seasons.
