Search ends with successful recovery of missing children
MADISON COUNTY, Tenn. — A call from a WBBJ 7 Eyewitness News tipster alerted us to a large police presence on Riverside Drive in Madison County.
When our crew arrived on scene, over a dozen first responders were in the parking lot of Missionary Outreach Christian Church, with a helicopter surveying the perimeter.
Authorities tells us they were are in search of two missing children in the area.
We reached out to the Madison County Sheriff’s Office who says the children have since been located safe.
