Madison Co. commissioners meet to discuss more on compensation study

JACKSON, Tenn. — Madison County commissioners are making plans for a more effective compensation structure.

County commissioners met at the Madison County Complex to discuss a compensation study information session with Evergreen Solutions LLC.

This strategy is expected to navigate internal and external operations within the county. Evergreen solutions offers a variety of implementation methodologies.

The plan is to have individual employees fill out a survey to get a collect assessment of how they are being compensated and who they perceive their current competitors to be in the market.

This is a way for Evergreen to help market price job duties and navigate leveraging job descriptions. The plan compensates approximately 500 employees.
