Revealing a clear gap in credit knowledge

Credit plays a big role in financial health, but many Americans still struggle to understand how it works from managing cards to knowing what impacts a credit score.  New survey data from credit one bank reveals a clear gap in credit knowledge – highlighting the need for better financial education.

Steve Min, the Chief credit Officer at Credit One Bank discusses why consumer should learn how to take control of their finances.

“The problem is many people do not understand how credit works and what influences your credit score or how to use credit wisely. were very focused on making sure we provide credit education to everyone because having that strong credit profile will just make your life a whole lot better,” said Min.
