No bond set for man charged with first-degree murder
HENDERSON, Tenn. – A man charged with killing 40-year old Myron Fulton remains in jail after appearing for bond hearing in Chester County Circuit Court on Wednesday, August 14.

Aston Smith-Carter, 35, is charged with first-degree murder, attempted first-degree murder, and reckless endangerment. Law enforcement officials said Carter shot and killed Fulton on Sunday, June 15, at the intersection of Whitley Avenue and Laura Street in Henderson.
According to Chester County Jail officials, no bond has been set for Smith-Carter. He remains in the Chester County Jail. His next court date will be September 11.
Smith-Carter was arrested early the next morning, June 16, at a home in Adamsville after officials received at tip regarding his location.
Following Smith-Carter’s arrest, Henderson Chief of Police Gary Davidson said they are asking anyone that knows information about this crime to call law enforcement.
