Jackson Police officers honored for capture of Austin Drummond
FROM THE JACKSON POLICE DEPARTMENT:
Today, we proudly acknowledge Officer Troutt, Officer Drown, and Officer Compton, who received a Letter of Commendation from United States Marshal Tyreece Miller and Chief Duty Edge today at the James D. Todd U.S Courthouse for their exceptional heroism in capturing Austin Drummond on August 6, 2025.
Marshal Miller praised Officer Troutt, Officer Drown, and Officer Compton for their service on that day.
