The Mill Workspace invites local entrepreneurs to roundtable discussion

DYERSBURG, Tenn. — One local entrepreneur center hosts a roundtable discussion.

Tuesday, the Small Business Administration (SBA) and The Mill Workspace partnered to host the “Cutting The Red Tape Roundtable.”

Participants had the opportunity to talk with the SBA regional advocate about issues they’ve faced when dealing with the federal government, SBA , and federal regulations that relate to business.

“One of the things these types of roundtables are good for is to find out some of the challenges these businesses face. We talked to someone about daycare, you have people wanting to go to work, but they don’t have anywhere to put their kids. That’s the type of stuff the folks in Washington may not hear about, but you hear about it here on Main Street, in Dyersburg,” said Michael Vallante, region 4 advocate with SBA.

The event was invitation only.
