Kellanova shares behind-the-scenes look at Jackson plant

JACKSON, Tenn. — We visited Kellanova’s Pringles plant here in Jackson for a special behind-the-scenes look.

Our team had the opportunity to experience a facility tour to see the full Pringles line-up, as well as some of the cracker’s Kellanova produces including Club, Toasted, Cheez-it Snap’d, saltines and grahams.

Also, they told us about a new partnership with the Tennessee College of Applied Technology. Kellanova created a curriculum to train workers on its cutting-edge, automated equipment.

“We partner with the local TCAT schools and what they do is they provide a diploma in the industrial automation field and we take the base knowledge that they’ve received from their diploma and skill and actually build upon that so that we can provide them with a career here at the Jackson, Tennessee plant,” said Eddie Ballard, E&I technician and instructor for Kellanova.

We would also like to thank the Kellanova team for gifting our newsroom some tasty snacks!
