Music fills the air in Jackson as Porchfest returns
JACKSON, Tenn.—Tunes fill the air in one Jackson neighborhood as the wait is over for Porchfest!
Our Jackson Home hosted its Porchfest Saturday in the Lambuth neighborhood on Wisdom Street and Crescent Ave. The event began at 3:15 in the afternoon with a poetry reading pre-show from The Griot Collective of West Tennessee.
Then at 4 p.m. live music kicked off. Music continued throughout the evening with acts including Lindsey Russell, Tonight Only, Euphonic, Lex Renee, Dj Von and Mac Rho.
Porchfest also featured a special kids stage as well as delicious treats available for purchase from the food trucks on site.
The 2025 Porchfest was presented by Jackson Energy Authority.
