Tennessee AG delivers Constitution Day lecture at Union University

JACKSON, Tenn. –Earlier Wednesday evening, Tennessee Attorney General Jonathan Skrmetti delivered Union University’s annual Constitution Day lecture.

Skrmetti spoke on “the American constitution and the continuing role of the states” and covered the structure of the constitution, limits on judicial and legislative authority and the interplay between the constitution and legislation.

Students were also given the opportunity to ask Skrmetti questions at the end of the lecture.
