Lane College kicks off 2025 ‘Voices of Leadership: Executive Speaker Series’
JACKSON, Tenn. — Lane College is hosting a 2025 Voices of Leadership Series on campus.
This is the second segment of the series and features executive guest speakers.
The topic of this event was building bridges and invited Senior Vice President of Strategic Alliances and Outreach at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Rick Wade.
Wade gave advice on economic development, public policy, and strategic partnerships. One student has learned more about financial responsibilities and found inner confidence by attending this series.
“It has taught me about economic development and about how to step outside of my box as far as speaking in front of people that was one of the things that made me a whole lot nervous and then it also taught me financial literacy,” said Ted’Ranikica Winters, Lane College student.
The next event for the voices of leadership will be on October 16 and will feature the topic of innovating with purpose.
