UofM at Lambuth celebrates new DPT Program facility
JACKSON, Tenn. — A dedication ceremony was held Thursday for the University of Memphis Doctor of Physical Therapy Program facility on the UofM Lambuth campus.
The ceremony, held in the J.R. Hyde Hall spotlights the newly renovated facility on the Lambuth campus.
Leaders say this program will both students pursuing a doctorate in physical therapy as well as communities across the region.
“It means so much, not only to these prospective students, but for our Lambuth campus here in Jackson, tennessee, for the workforce in west tennessee. Our mission is to serve rural communities and beyond and what a perfect location for this campus her in the Jackson community,” said Dr. Jacque Bradford, program director.
The University of Memphis Doctor of Physical Therapy Program is preparing for its inaugural class in the fall 2026.
