One event brings together two local fraternal organizations
JACKSON, Tenn.—Two local organizations come together for a fellowship meeting.
St. John’s Lodge 332 and the Eastern Star Fellowship Jackson – Chapter 85 joined together Sunday evening for a day of camaraderie, food, and shared ideals.
The event took place at the St. John’s Lodge located at 1341 N Highland Avenue in Jackson.
There was a delicious meal served followed by members discussing just what sets their organizations apart from others.
Members were invited to bring along guests to also learn a little more about what work each organization does throughout the community.
“Mastery is an organization that really takes men and makes them better. You have to believe in a supreme being but we don’t ask you what that supreme being is. It’s an organization that unites people rather than divides,” said Jeff McClemore, Past Master of St. John’s Lodge 332.
Members from each organization also say, anyone interested in joining can contact them directly for more information.
