Trenton Bicentennial celebration set for October 18

TRENTON, Tenn. — Trenton is preparing to celebrate a huge milestone — 200 years!

In honor of the occasion, the city’s bicentennial event will be held on Saturday, October 18.

The all-day celebration will feature:

  • Historic cemetery tour at 10 a.m.
  • Downtown lunch from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m.
  • Teapot tours at 1 & 4 p.m.
  • Trenton history tour at 2 p.m.
  • Performance by The Company Band at 5 p.m.
  • Performance by The Jackson Hubtet at 6:45 p.m.
  • And a Trenton “birthday party” at 6 p.m.

The bicentennial will also feature food vendors, craft vendors, free games and bouncers for children.
