Jail escapee appears in court, case pushed due to lawyer absence
JACKSON, Tenn. — One of the three jail escapees from last month appeared in Madison County General Sessions Court Thursday.
Cameron Campbell escaped from the Madison County jail in September.
Campbell was caught on camera leaving the facility without being released from custody.
He is currently charged with escape because of this incident.
During Thursday’s court appearance, Campbell’s case was pushed to later in the month due to his lawyer not being present.
There is no additional information at this time and Campbell’s next court date is October 23.
