‘Zero Waste Day’ recycling event coming to Jackson
Information from Toyota Boshoku Tennessee:
Toyota Boshoku Tennessee (TBTN), in partnership with the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation (TDEC), is proud to host Tennessee’s fourth annual Zero Waste Day on October 27, 2025 here in Jackson, TN.
This statewide initiative encourages Tennesseans to take a closer look at their consumption habits—understanding where waste originates and where it ends up—and to make more responsible choices to reduce their environmental impact.
The event is designed to raise awareness about the growing waste challenges in Tennessee and to empower citizens with practical steps they can take to minimize waste in their daily lives.
Through education, community engagement, and shared commitment, TBTN and TDEC aim to inspire a cleaner, more sustainable future for all.
