Titans name Mike McCoy interim head coach

As many of you know at this point
the Titans have fired their former head coach Brian Callahan in his second season
having a 4-19 record. Therefore, the interim head coach
will be Mike McCoy.
McCoy,  joined the team in march as a senior offensive assistant
and prior to Tennessee he was the jaguars quarterback coach,
in 2017 the offensive coordinator for Denver and then in 2013
he went 27-37 in four seasons in what was at the time the San
Diego chargers. McCoy spoke to what he has told the team and
how he wants them to play going forward.

“Just talked to the team after talking to the staff about the direction we’re headed and there’s a lot of football left we got a very good football team coming here this weekend so we got prepare for them number one that was the big thing but how we want to play you know want these guys to play hard i want them to play tough and i want them to stick together and thats the big thing very similar to what i talked to you guys about the other day you know everyone playing together we gotta play some complementary football here all three phases coming together
on sunday.”

    The Titans sit with a 1-5 record and
will host the New England patriots
on Sunday at 12:00 pm.
