‘Halloween at the Market’ returns to downtown Jackson

JACKSON, Tenn. — “Halloween at the Market” returned to downtown Jackson for the 2025 celebration.

The annual event is put on with the help of Jackson Parks and Recreation, the Jackson Walk, and Downtown Jackson Development.

Several local businesses brought their A-game to show off some Halloween decorations. There was a trunk or treat, food trucks, games, and live music.

The event was free, but guests were told to bring a treat bag and a fun attitude.

“We saw a situation of a trunk or treat that was being neglected, so we came and overtook it. We came together as three totally separate entities to pull it together and make it this beautiful, fun thing for the city,” said Flannery Johnson, assistant property manager for the Jackson Walk Apartments.

This event serves the community as a free and safe alternative for celebrating Halloween.
