Jackson State brings home ‘Battle of the Colleges’ trophy
MADISON, Tenn. – Lifeline Blood Services presented Jackson State Community College with the Battle of the Colleges trophy.
Jackson State competed alongside Lane, TCAT Jackson, U of M Lambuth and Union University in this friendly blood drive competition by hosting blood drives on campus as well as encouraging supporters to donate at the Jackson Lifeline Center.
JSCC has won it again! The Green Jays collected a total of 49 units which has impacted up to 147 patients. JSCC won the traveling trophy last year and their competitive spirit is thrilled to have the trophy in their possession once again.
Overall, the Battle of the Colleges collected 150 units of blood which impacted up to 450 patients.
