Team of The Week Greenfield Yellow Jackets

Let’s start things off with our team of the week and it will be the Greenfield yellow
Jackets. Last Friday night they defeated Gleason with a final of 14 to 8.They end the
season on a 2 game winning streak. This team has met the challenge defensively the last couple
weeks after giving up 48 points a few weeks ago. That’s because Eli leach is top 10 in interceptions in his
class and makes offenses think twice before passing the ball. But, now they are heading into
the postseason and head coach Don Pitt knows it’s all about chewing the clock up and running the football.

“Aw yeah that’s what we’re looking forward to doing you know we feel like our offensive line has really grown together and they’ve work together for two seasons now they really grown over these

past two seasons we’ve had the same group that played together led and then quarterback Easton Sullivan has done really well leading the offense getting the ball to lots of different people and looking for a big night out of those guys.”

They hit the road on Friday
to face off with Oakhaven in round 1 of
the playoffs. Kickoff is set for 7:00 pm.
