Murphy Funeral Home celebrates renovations with ribbon cutting

MARTIN, Tenn. — Beautiful new updates are happening at Murphy Funeral Home and Murphy Florist of Martin.

Murphy Funeral Home has been in business for more than 100 years and says they will continue with honor and dignity to serve the community’s funeral needs. They offer traditional funeral services, cremation services, and an organ donor program.

They also offer pre-need planning on all of those services. Their counselors are able to discuss options that meet each family’s individual needs and wishes for their loved one.

“We remodeled this thing from top to bottom, and we put a lot of time and love into it, and it really shows when you walk in and you can really feel it,” said Garett Hutchins, funeral director and manager.

Murphy Florist Shop also held their grand opening and open house, which will continue throughout the weekend.
