Free Thanksgiving meals offered in Jackson, Lexington
JACKSON, Tenn. — Amid food insecurity concerns, two local churches are helping connect those in need to a Thanksgiving meal.
FROM THE HENDERSON COUNTY CHAMBER OF COMMERCE:
FUMC Lexington hosting Community Thanksgiving Meal & Service. The cost is FREE, but you will need to make reservations. To secure your reservation, all you need to do is call the church office at (731) 968-2116. The meal is from 5:00 p.m. to 6:15 p.m. before the service.

FROM NEW ST. LUKE MISSIONARY BAPTIST CHURCH:
If you’re struggling this season, going through hard times, or just need a warm meal & friendly faces on Thanksgiving – this dinner is for YOU. Come join us for a full home-cooked meal in a welcoming, judgment-free environment. First-come, first-served. We’ll keep serving until the food runs out!
