THP identifies man killed in early morning crash in Hardin County
HARDIN COUNTY, Tenn. — One person is dead after a one-vehicle crash in which the driver and passenger were both ejected.
Robert Salgado, 33, was killed in the crash that occurred just before 2:30 a.m. Thursday on Highway 203 near Savannah, according to a crash report from the Tennessee Highway Patrol.
Salgado and his passenger were both ejected when the Mitsubishi convertible he was driving left the roadway and hit a ditch, causing it to overturn.
The passenger was injured in the crash, according to the report. There was no word on the extent of her injuries.
Neither was wearing a seat belt, according to the report.
