Carriage rides are coming to downtown Jackson

JACKSON, Tenn. — Those looking for festive holiday activities have a new option to consider this year.

Downtown Jackson TN announced carriage rides are coming to the Hub City.

The horse-drawn carriage rides will be offered on December 5, amid First Friday activities scheduled from 5-8 p.m.

Rides are $12 per person, with a ten to fifteen-minute route starting and ending at theLOCAL, located at 202 West Lafayette Street.​

Each carriage can accommodate up to six people.

Ticket sales are final, rain or shine, and the carriage is covered. Riders are asked to arrive five minutes prior to their time slot.
