Voting open for annual Jingle Bell Jackson Holiday Decorating Contest

JACKSON, Tenn. — One of 13 Jackson residents will have the chance to receive a $1,000 People’s Choice Award in the 3rd annual Jingle Bell Jackson Holiday Decorating Contest.

During this year’s nomination period that ended on December 2, the public was given the chance to nominate themselves or another resident of the city.

Residents are now able to view a map of the nominated homes by visiting the City of Jackson’s website.

Public voting for the People’s Choice Award will take place from now through Sunday, December 14.

The winners of the holiday decorating contest will be announced on December 16 at 2pm.

Two winners will be chosen this year and each will not only receive recognition for their outstanding holiday displays, but also a cash gift sponsored by Voya Financial. The gift is $1,000 to the winner of the judges’ pick, and $1,000 to the winner of the People’s Choice Award.
