Ice Storm Outage Update
FINAL POST
After 8 long days, LES has restored power to the vast majority of customers on our system. We know our work is not completed and we still have several isolated outages we need to take care of. We won’t stop until every single customer’s outage is addressed.
We will have a crew working in Reagan to restore power to the Sticky Ridge Rd and Brasher Rd area. This area had a few broken poles that needed to be addressed yesterday, and we realize it is still out. They will also be dispatched to the Old Reagan Rd/Austin Rd area to restore power to the customers there.
We will continue to have a crew in Sardis along Hwy 421 making repairs and restoring power to this area. This would include Newman Rd and Henderson Rd. They will also be addressing some isolated outages along Craig Rd.
There will be a heavy presence of crews on Lebanon Loop off of Hwy 69 between Sardis and Saltillo repairing significant damages to our facilities and restoring power.
There will be a crew dispatched to Tucker Rd in Bath Springs to restore power to the customers along this road.
There will be a crew dispatched to Jay Montgomery Ln in Bath Springs to restore power to customers near this area.
We are also aware that Old Ferry Rd in Bath Springs does not have power again and we will have a crew dispatched to this area.
And we will have several other crews designated to being dispatched to various isolated outages across our entire system.
IF YOU ARE STILL EXPERIENCING A POWER OUTAGE, PLEASE CALL OUR MAIN OFFICE (731-968-3662) AND REPORT IT SO THAT WE CAN BE SURE TO FOLLOW UP AND TAKE CARE OF IT.
We sincerely appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding as we have been battling some brutal conditions to make the repairs and get power restored.
A special thanks to all the outside electric companies who are assisting us in this effort. We couldn’t have done it without you!
