The Real Warm Up At Last!

Weather Update: Monday, February 9 —

Good Morning West Tennessee. It was a fair start to the day with temps 29-32°F. That’s actually pretty close to normal for mid-February standards. What isn’t normal will be the warm up that we will go through today. Temps are expected to skyrocket through the 30s, 40s and 50s through this morning. We’ll easily be near if not in the low 60s by lunch time today.

We can thank a broad synoptic ridge shifting from the south-central Plains over into the mid-lower Mississippi River Valley. Temps should top out around 68°F under mainly sunny skies.
