WBBJ‑TV 7 Eyewitness News is hiring an Entry‑level Multimedia Journalist and welcomes applications from recent graduates and early‑career journalists.
We’re looking for motivated self‑starters who are eager to learn, develop strong storytelling skills, and contribute to daily story ideas. MMJs will shoot, write, edit, and report stories while gaining hands‑on experience in breaking news and severe weather coverage.
A degree in journalism, communications, or a related field is preferred but not required. Training and mentorship are provided. Candidates must have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, ability to lift up to 30 lbs., and a clean driving record.
WBBJ‑TV has a strong history of developing journalists who move on to top‑75 markets and beyond.
