Lynda Austin
Lynda Austin, age 79, departed this world on March 15, 2026 at the Jackson Madison County General Hospital.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Calvin Austin of Henderson, Tennessee, her father Samuel Burgess of Dearborn Heights, Michigan, her mother Audrey Burgess of Dearborn, Heights, Michigan and her brother, Larry Wayne Burgess of Lincoln Park Michigan.
She is survived by her sister, Pam Hotz, (Phil) of Palm Coast, Florida, and her daughters, Teri King, (Jimmy) of Jackson, Tennessee, Wendy Neff of Brookline, Missouri, Kelly Worsham (Kieth) of Medon, Tennessee, Melissa Holmes (Chris) of Katy Texas. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
At her request, no funeral or memorial arrangements will be made.
In honor of her memory, donations can be made to the St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
