Organizations partner to host an Easter Egg Hunt

JACKSON, Tenn.—Family in search of some Easter fun, could find it at one local church.

Kids of all ages took part in an ‘EGG’-cellent holiday event.

Jackson Old Hickory Lions Club partnered with Agape Christian Fellowship Church to host an Easter Egg Hunt.

The event took place on the church grounds located at 600 North Parkway beginning at noon.

There was more than just hunting for eggs available to join in. They had great food with Reggie’s BBQ and also shaved iced to enjoy.

And there were community organizations set up to provide free health screenings including vision and hearing tests.

“The Jackson Old Hickory Lions Club sponsors this every year. We are a service organization. People are welcome to join the Jackson Old Hickory Lions Club, if they are a servant and love to serve the community,” said Donna Reggans, Secretary at Jackson Old Hickory Lions Club.

The event was a great way for the entire family to enjoy a sunny Saturday afternoon.
