Blue Suede Realty offers Brunch & Browse event
JACKSON, Tenn.,—One Jackson realtor is giving buyers a unique way to view available homes in the area.
Blue Suede Realty, Rentals & Investments presented its Brunch and Browse experience Sunday.
Interested parties were presented with special passports to take along to each property they toured.
Passports would then be signed at each location, and those with completed passports were entered in a drawing to win a gift basket.
The tour took place from 2 until 4 p.m. and at each location participants could enjoy light brunch options.
The unique open house included a total of nine carefully selected properties in Jackson and Humboldt. There were some newly constructed as well as established properties included.
Julie Holt, Broker and owner at Blue Suede Realty says they wanted to make the home buying process more engaging and fun for prospective buyers.
“We wanted to encourage people to get back in to the open houses, come look, fall in love, make an offer, or get great ideas for your own house. So what we did is we curated an event, for each house you go to, you get a passport and they sign it and then you get a different type of brunch food, so we called it Brunch and Browse with Blue Suede,” Holt said.
The Brunch and Browse was also completely free to attend.
