Fire damages apartment building in Lexington
LEXINGTON, Tenn. — A fire broke out before 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Natchez Trace Village Apartments in Lexington.

The fire occurred in Building B of the apartment complex. The Henderson County Fire Department and Lexington Fire Department responded, along with assistance from the Lexington Police Department.

Our crew arrived on scene and noticed the roof of the building collapsed and several vehicles in the parking lot had damage to their windows. The building contains four units.

Officials from the Henderson County Emergency Management team asked are asking the public to avoid the area. WBBJ is working to gather more details, like when the fire started exactly or what caused it. Stay tuned on air and online for more.
