Pet of the Week: Oreo
This week’s Pet of the Week from Tipton County Animal Shelter is Oreo!
Your ride-and-snack best friend has arrived and her name is Oreo!
Oreo is a 7-year-old, possible Blue Heeler mix weighing in at about 60 pounds of pure sweetness. She’s a laid-back, easygoing girl who’s happiest right by your side, especially if there are snacks involved (this girl is very food motivated!)
She knows “sit,” walks nicely on leash, and absolutely loves a good car ride. Oreo is the definition of a perfect backseat passenger. Whether you’re running errands or just cruising, she’s ready to go!
Oreo is dog-friendly and enjoys the company of pups of all sizes. She also absolutely adores attention from people of all ages, if you’ve got affection to give, she’s all in!
She is currently a little overweight, so she’ll benefit from a home that can help her stay active at a safe pace, and maintain a healthy routine. With regular walks and some portion control, she’ll be feeling her best in no time!
