Police investigate shots fired in east Jackson

JACKSON, Tenn. — Jackson police are investigating after a report of shots fired Friday afternoon on East Chester Street near Rhea Street.

Police say officers responded to a report of shots fired around 3 p.m. and found a vehicle with damage.

Police say a juvenile has been detained in connection with the investigation.
