Boys and girls enjoy Scout Day Camp

JACKSON, Tenn.–Monday was an afternoon “Under the Sea” for local campers.

Mondy is the kickoff for the Central District Cub Scout Day Camp. Around 50 boys and girls were able to experience scouts for the first time at Calvery Baptist Church and sticking with the “Under the Sea” theme. Organizers has a marine biologist from union university speak to the kids. The camp runs through Friday.
