Local organization awards Woman of Achievement
JACKSON, Tenn. — A special event honoring a local business woman was held in downtown Jackson on Saturday.
The Jackson Area Business and Professional Women named Vicki Lake as their ‘Woman of Achievement’ for 2019 at the Sterling Awards reception at the Chandelier in downtown Jackson.
The ‘Woman of Achievement’ must be a woman living or working in West Tennessee excluding Shelby County.
She must be a woman who has achieved distinction in her field and serves as a role model or mentor to other women.
