City of Jackson is getting a new service number

JACKSON, Tenn. — The City of Jackson has received a new service number.

The city will be using the new 311 in place of 425-CITY.

Landline carries include AT & T, Aeneas, Charter Communications and the Jackson Energy Authority.

Mobile carriers include AT & T, Sprint, T-Mobile and Verizon.

For emergencies, the number to call is 911.
