Man Dies from Multiple Gunshot Wounds
An autopsy shows a Gautier man died from multiple gunshot wounds to the head. Jackson County Coroner Vicki Broadus says the autopsy was conducted Sunday morning. Police say 25-year-old Cornelius Rashad Ramey died around 12:30 p.m. Saturday, just around the corner from his mother’s house. Sgt. Matt Hoggatt says Ramey was shot inside his pickup. Biloxi police arrested 34-year-old Jawara Harris. He is being held without bond on a charge of murder. Police are still looking for a motive in the slaying.
