Officials investigate fatal single-vehicle crash involving tree

DECATUR COUNTY, Tenn. — The Tennessee Highway Patrol is investigating a fatal crash involving a tree that occurred Wednesday morning.

According to THP, at least one person died in a single-vehicle crash on the highway Wednesday morning.

Officials say the vehicle hit a tree on the highway.

This is an ongoing investigation.
