Two vehicles involved in crash on Highway 45

MADISON COUNTY, Tenn. — A Jackson man was killed Monday after a two-vehicle crash on Highway 45 near Three Way.

According to the Tennessee Highway Patrol, 70-year-old William Henderson was killed in the crash.

The THP says Henderson pulled out in front of a second vehicle and was hit in the driver’s side, causing his truck to roll.

The driver of the second vehicle was injured in the crash.
