JACKSON, Tenn. — Enjoying your favorite short stack of buttermilk pancakes will benefit a good cause, Tuesday On Tuesday, March 4, IHOP guests all over the country will be able to enjoy a free short stack of the restaurant‘s famous buttermilk pancakes on National Pancake Day. For those in the Jackson ares, the free pancake fundraiser will benefit Le Bonheur Children’s Medical Center. This is the ninth consecutive year that IHOP restaurants offered guests a free short stack of buttermilk pancakes in an effort to raise $3 million for Children‘s Miracle Network Hospitals programs nationwide. Don’t forget to stop by the IHOP at 9 Stonebridge Blvd. in Jackson on March 4.
