Marshals Arrest Lee, Wanted in East Jackson Shooting

JACKSON, Tenn.– More than two months after a shooting outside a barbershop on Lane Avenue in east Jackson, U.S. Marshals arrest a second suspect who has been on the run ever since. A tip led them to a home on Harris Street in Jackson where Dequevion Lee was taken into custody on a count of attempted murder. He will make his first appearance in Jackson City Court, Wednesday morning. Dequevion’s brother, Moriarco Lee was arrested about a week after the shooting. His case, also on a charge of attempted murder has been sent to the grand jury. The 20-year-old victim testified against him during his preliminary hearing.
