Police Search for Woman Accused of Passing off Pennies as Dimes
ADAMSVILLE, Tenn. — Police are searching for a woman that they say has been scamming businesses with rolls of change. The unidentified woman has allegedly purchased goods from an area businesses such as Piggly Wiggly, Family Dollar and Subway using what appears to be a roll of dimes, except the center is pennies and there’s a dime on each end.
