EAST JACKSON — JPD confirms a body was found outside of the car that was burned near Birch St. & Morris Ave. It happened right before 6 p.m. just off East Chester. We’re told a small brush fire sparked, but it was contained. We have a crew on the scene. We will bring you details as information becomes available.
