Chicken Salad Chick presents check to nonprofit

JACKSON, Tenn. — Chicken salad lovers are helping out a nonprofit.

Chicken Salad Chick sold cards last year for $5 that have discounts worth a total of $60 dollars. Customers can use the cards throughout 2020.

Wednesday, Chicken Salad Chick presented Regional Inter-Faith Association a check for more than $4,600.

RIFA officials say they’ll put the money towards the many programs they have in West Tennessee.

“RIFA has been a part of the local community and the fabric of this city for many, many years and it is a very grassroots type organization that is supported by local churches and businesses and individuals,” said Executive Director of RIFA Lisa Tillman.

Chicken Salad Chick will sell the cards again starting in November that you can use in 2021.
