Carroll Co. man faces charges related to child pornography

JACKSON, Tenn. — A Carroll County man is charged with production of child pornography after allegedly videoing a child.

Court documents say Chad Isbell is accused of filming a child under 12-years-old in explicit conduct between August 2019 and November 2019.

Isbell was indicted on the charge last week.
