Shooting Injures One in East Jackson

EAST JACKSON — One person was shot during an afternoon shooting, Friday. According to the family, the 17-year-old victim was transported to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries after being shot in the arm. Police say multiple .40 caliber shells were picked up from the scene. No arrests have been made at the time.
