Lady Lions Unable to Capture First NAIA Title
JACKSON, Tenn. – Freed-Hardeman women’s basketball team lost 80-76 to Oklahoma City in their first ever NAIA national championship game. Freshman Taleeah Cross finished with 21 points, five rebounds and eight assists. Hayley Newby and Grace Alonso de Armino were both named to the all-tournament first team.
