2,683 COVID-19 cases confirmed in TN, 24 deaths, 200 hospitalizations

The Tennessee Department of Health confirmed a total of 2,683 cases of COVID-19 in the state on Wednesday, April 1. In addition, 24 people have died, 200 are hospitalized. Another 137 have recovered.
