Woman charged in alleged assault, robbery of 93-year-old victim
HUMBOLDT, Tenn. — A Humboldt woman is facing multiple charges after allegedly robbing and assaulting a 93-year-old man last week.
Police say Tacarra Lynette Turner, 24, is charged with robbery, aggravated burglary, assault and theft of property.
Police say officers responded to Ethridge Street on April 1 after a report of a robbery.
A man and woman entered the 93-year-old victim’s home, pushing him to the floor and taking money and property, according to a news release.
The man believed to be involved has not been identified.
The investigation remains ongoing.
